I'm taking Brintellix and the one thing I can say that separates it from the rest of of the SSRIs is how rapidly it works. It works especially well for anxiety, as it is a full agonist of the 5ht1a receptor and an antagonist of the 5ht1d and 5ht3 receptors.
I've defitely had a better response to Brintellix than I've had other SSRIs.
