What do you think about Vortioxetine?

Is it better and really different than other SSRI or is it basically the same old garbage?
They advertise the drug and make it look like it affects so many different serotonin receptors and it also does this and also does that. It sounds good, but the question is does this really make a difference in patients?
I really don't know if I should try it. Lexapro totally failed me at 20mg.
I am angry that this is supposed to be the great innovation. How long will they keep making new SSRIs?
I wish there were other different ADs coming out really soon but it seems like they are still years away and I needed something which works NOW.
