Firstly, I just wanted to thank everyone for all of the extremely useful advice, help, and sources. I started seeing my new pdoc about 3 weeks ago, and it turns out that he required absolutely no convincing to give me the adderall 15mg.

Unfortunately, taking the combination this time around feels completely different when it works, and it is often very weak or I do not feel the effects at all of the adderall. This has made me extremely disappointed, especially after the miraculous success when I had trialed it 2 months previous.

Essentially, I came back here looking for further advice. I would to try some other possible options before switching to parnate. For some reason, I have a feeling that the generic I got this time around it garbage. I use CVS pharmacies, and I went on the website to check which generic I was given previously and now, and it says that they are the same ones, but the ones I have now look different from the others. I had actually been given enough 15mg to take it twice a day, and I have been messing around with what time I take them and such, but even if I take both at the same time, it feels very weak and crappier than the first time around with just the one 15mg. So I guess really what I wanted to know is whether or not I will notice a difference if I get the brand name adderall next time, or if I should just look into getting desoxyn or dexedrine instead? It's also possible that the EMSAM could be pooping out on me, but it seems to be helping keep the depression at bay. Unfortunately, it pretty much makes me emotionless and unable to enjoy anything, and it no longer provides any stimulation at all, which I desperately need because I also suffer from chronic fatigue.
