Hi Alchemy,

So good to hear from you :) good sleep always improves my mood. I hope the cpap helps. Every little bit counts. I think extreme anxiety in the morning often goes with greater depression. At least for me. For awhile I would feel dysphoric in the evenings. Not sure how much anticipatory dread played a part. Also, since I do not feel too well until the afternoon, I tend to clutch at my day as night falls because my day was too short. It's taken a number of things to relieve my symptoms somewhat. Two mood stabilizers really helps, and I use a low dose estrogen patch. I agree with you that more studies should be devoted to depression/anxiety work with an aim to push new drugs toward release.
