Geodon 20mg. was found to be as effective as diazepam (Valium) 10mg in relieving pre dental surgery anxiety, and it also helps control depression, usualy with a more conventional antidepressant.
Mirtazapine can be a potent anxiety relieving drug as well as helping depression
