Yes, I agree with that. Most people will probably need higher dosages of nortriptyline than I. The strange thing is that I can use high dosages of most of the meds in my combo (see my signature) with very few side effects, even though I am a slow metabolizer. Could there be an explanation for that? Is it possible that, for example the tianeptine, works against the side effects of escitalopram?

Was the optimum dosage for you in the upper half of the therapeutic window, or above?

40 mg escitalopram
100 mg trimipramine
50 mg agomelatine
600 mg quetiapine
