It certainly does!
I also drink coffee constantly when I'm at work, although I can function okay without it so long as I'm not required to hold sustained attention.
When I take dexedrine it completelt eliminates my caffein craving.
Unfortunatly I'm running out so I'm having to use caffein most of the time now.
