I'm not sure what you mean here. The NHS UK price of branded Zyprexa 10mg tabs is £87.40 for one month's supply. Virtually no one gets prescribed branded Zyprexa though, it is one of the most expensive psych meds.
As a side note, various major pharmaceutical companies now have their own generics divisions. For example, Novartis sell the breast cancer drug Femara in the UK for £84.86 for a pack of 28.... whilst the generics division of Novartis sells exactly the same tablets in an unbranded box for £3.39
