Hi Mark.

> Will going from 10mgs to 20mgs help or hurt with anxiety? Will I notice less depression or do I need to get to the 40mgs to notice that? What I'm basically saying is that at some point with an antidepressant it starts to work on the symptoms that I was originally was taking it for. Do I sit at this dose and wait for the symptoms to calm down or do I take a larger dose? Sorry for the ramble but I am stuck.

It is very difficult to predict how someone else will respond to a medication. I think it is a reasonable action to continue taking Viibryd and increase the dosage to see how you react to it. If the anxiety becomes intolerable for you, you can always reduce the dosage or discontinue it entirely. It might not get worse with increased dosage. For me, anxiety appeared at 20mg after taking it for less than two weeks. I still have some slight anxiety at 40mg, but it has subsided quite a bit. However, I would not characterize it as being severe at any point.

What do you experiencing as anxiety?
