Will going from 10mgs to 20mgs help or hurt with anxiety? Will I notice less depression or do I need to get to the 40mgs to notice that? What I'm basically saying is that at some point with an antidepressant it starts to work on the symptoms that I was originally was taking it for. Do I sit at this dose and wait for the symptoms to calm down or do I take a larger dose? Sorry for the ramble but I am stuck.
