Wow Scott thanks so much for replying and explaining it for me. I am blonde however and have no idea what you mean so would you mind explaining it in more simple terms? I am thinking about trying deplin but want to see if i metabolize folic acid properly or whether i should try it. I heard that this was the test to find out but i can't figure out my results.
