According to this website, your test results indicate that your MTHFR enzyme activity ought to be normal. The test should be interpreted with the results of a test for blood homocysteine levels. If you do not have hyperhomocysteinemia, then all is well (from a blood chemistry standpoint). You might still benefit from Deplin, but I think it is less likely than in someone who has both the mutations identified above. (The reason that you might still benefit is that there are probably other mutations in this gene that are not detected by this test.)
