Thanks so much for the reply. I just was at my General Practitioner yesterday who was supportive of Deplin and gave me plenty of samples to try. He has had great success with it but as you say he says it takes a while to work. He was nice enough to listen to me and was happy to order the MTHFR test which I am awaiting the results.
