Thanks - I took 5mg last night and still slept right through and today I feel more with it. So im going to continue with 5mg for a bit.
Already thinking about adding something for my dysthemia later as im not sure such a low dose is going to touch that - but happy im finally getting a good night sleep - its been a long long time. Its also stopped suspected IBS symptoms ive been having for a few months. Thank you.
