just to clarify i dont purposefully "huff". but i have a small area i designated a paint room in our house and so there is really no ventilation and the fumes get pretty strong. but i notice a sense of calming that i get from that smell. maybe its actuallly from the painting, or maybe the smell reminds me of feeling good? dont know thats why i was asking.
i know the fumes arent good for ya but thousands of people use oil paints to do their work.
