There lies your answer. I never took Nardil prior to 2003 and I don't suffer from depression, just social phobia/agorphobia/panic attacks. I'm at 75mg a day, and it has helped me big time. This is my second time taking it after realizing the first time all the mistakes I made including eating like a fat pig, this time I excerise and eat healthy and haven't gained a pound. But Nardil has helped me so much in social settings, and I know it can help me a bit more at 90 mg.
