I think the newer APs can definately induce a deficit syndrome. I think risperdal is the worst in this regard, followed by olanzapine then seroquel.

From what I am gathering, abilify seems to cause a *lot* more severe akathesia than they would like to let on to.

I had a lot of deficit on olanzapine. It *kind* of improved my mood in some ways, yet worsened it in other ways at the same time.
