Certainly, we have seen enough of this phenomenon on Psycho-Babble. However, more people seem to experience a sort of restlessness or agitation as a startup side effect that often disappears within a week or two. It looks much like a mild form of akathisia. I'm not sure that it is true akathisia, though.
