Have you asked your pdoc about benign essential tremor? I have that in a mild form and when I'm nervous or stressed it's worse. It can make my hands shake and give me a weird shaky feeling in the backs of my knees. It can be exacerbated by SSRIs and SNRIs, though these effects differ from one person to the next.
