Maybe your shakes are anxiety. You could take zyprexa for this. Risperdal did not work for me. I was stiff as a board and psychotic, holucinating. I was on a dose similar to yours. If you are worried about weight gain you could try perphenazine, which is calming. I'm not sure if it works for anxiety. I take it with the zyprexa. I've never taken perpehenazine separetly, but it does seem to help.
