Something about my movements are not normal

Posted by Deneb on April 23, 2010, at 3:28:00

I usually don't notice it much myself except for when people point it out to me. Usually people are asking me if I am OK.

I'm not sure what is wrong. I think I am jerky or tremor. Sometimes people say I shake. Other times I feel jerky.

I've been telling my pdoc about this for years and she gave me propranolol, which I think helps, but today at work I took propranolol and towards the end of my shift people would ask if I was OK. I'm wondering if the propranolol just wore out?

I really don't know what it is. My pdoc suspects it's anxiety. I don't know if that is it. Sometimes I don't feel anxious. Maybe it's just that my body goes into fight or flight too easily. I dunno.

It's annoying and I want it to stop. I have 40 mg propranolol, but sometimes I take 60 mg. Should I try taking more?

Should I be concerned?
