Welcome to Psycho-Babble! It sure seems like you've tried a lot of things to help yourself. It's too bad none have helped you. Don't give up, there are many people in the same boat as you here on Babble. It's called treatment resistant depression and it is a hard illness to live with. It's very good you are not suicidal.
There have been stores of people finally finding the right combination of meds after years of suffering. It is possible to get better. It takes a lot of patience and some luck to find something that works.
MAOI's are one of the most effective anti-depressants out there. Have you given any thought to them?
