phillipa ,acording to abbys drug mg test you take more meds than me. 4 ativan is the same as 40mg valium //1an a half xanax is 45mg of valium plus your 2an a half brings you to 47mg an a half a day //you take 50mg of luvox the middle dose//i take 30 mg of citalopram less the the middle dose so your not on a low dos of meds when you look at it. if someone had told you you were on the eqiverlant of 47mg an a half valium ,which you are would that have shocked you
