Benzo's.............
In my opinion, (as someone once said about Stimulants) them is Nasty Buggers
(If you will excuse my language)
Especially the short acting ones like Alprazolam & LorazepamIts frustrating, because we really need something for anxiety, benzo's are about the only psychiatric drugs that work for acute anxiety.
I'd rather smoke Canniboid "legal highs" to deal with my anxiety, rather than take Benzo's.
I know that this is far from an ideal solution, but what else can I do..................
