Manic I can relate to you on this my 40 years of benzos but much lower doses and switching from one to another over the years they used to work well now they don't so taking minimal dose 2.5mg valium and l.5mg xanax at night with 50mg luvox and just can't get off it and fear of meds keeps me from even thinking of trying another. Too many scarey things. Phillipa
