You have to realize that professional school and training applications are WAY UP because of the recession. So it may be harder to get in than it normally would be. This in no way reflects on you or your worthiness. There is 10% unemployment, ferchristsake.Also, another poster said you can do therapy on your own, get a CBT book, which is true. But if there's any way you can afford therapy with an actual person, it would be best. There's something about being validated by someone else on a regular basis that is incredibly helpful.
