hey, on 50mg i stopped using to sleep aids for 3 to see if i'd sleep on my own. i slept about 3 hours a night and ended up feeling like i was on meth during the day. i wonder if 60mg might be worth trying sleep-wise, but i'm not sure. otherwise i might start tapering off.
how is your sleep?
