Effexor did give me a lift briefly, then pooped. I was on that awhile. Haven't tried paxil or nardil. I have been thinking of parnate or emsam (worried about side effects of nardil). Does paxil give some people relief? Usually SSRI's aren't 'enough'--and have fatigue effects. I've started my pristiq 100 trial and promised to see it to the end or unless my pdoc ends it first (I'm in about 2.5 weeks). Nada so far except more fatigue.
