I think Lexapro could be and has been very successful at treating both. The only problem is it may take up to 10 to 12 weeks for the anti-panic and anti-social anxiety effect to be fully felt.
Lexapro is very powerful. For this reason it may be too stimulating in the first few weeks of treatment-not good for SA or PD.
