I don't know about 'entirely rested'. It's not magic.
(It has an extremely odd taste and looks like it's bad for the liver, but that's the industry for you, the top end too.)
But the tendency is for one to get up feeling more rested.
It may, of course, stop working.
Other than that, it's pretty good.
I sleep 7 hours or so, which is a lot for me these days.
