Just curious. Why have you never taken an SSRI? They are sucky meds, I'm just wondering if you knew that at the time and that's the reason.

The main problem with nearly all antidpressants is that they fail to improve sleep and often make it much causing insomnia or poor sleep quality.

There cannot be good health an mental stability without good sleep. All lifelong insomniacs know this.
