Clomipramine has always puzzled me. I've got quite a variety of OCD behaviors (it took 10 single-spaced pages to describe them to my therapist), so every pdoc has prescribed Clomipramine and every other med that has anti-OCD properties. None of them had any--not even the slightest--effect on my OCD. It's been really disappointing, especially repeatedly hearing how a particular med's the answer and then it turns out to be completely ineffectual.
