I could imagine that Vyvanse+Librium might cause irritability to be worse, even as it might help you in other ways.
You are obviously not well.
In your place, I'd be looking for a good doctor who could look at my overall health and advise me on strategies to improve it.
There's unlikely to be a magic bullet.
