I have tried some natural vitamins, minerals, supplements, including St Johns WOrt, fish oil, Viamin b complex, 5HT, and cutting out comlex carbs.... ECT has not been tried yet though. I also saw a naturopath who had me on a few things (not sure what they were but I put drops on my tongue). I have also done chiropractic, massage, and seen an osteopath.
