Zoloft (sertraline) is classified as an SSRI, but is more likely an SDRI, serotonin dopamine reuptake inhibitor. It mainly affects serotonin, but also dopamine, especially at higher doses.

And that explains why some compare zoloft to coffee and being like a stimulants for some. So it's dopamine? Love Phillipa. I tried 50mg of zoloft and noticed nothing but that was with a benzo.
