I have been on cymbalta but it made me ummm
very self destructive. But, I have never tried Valerian. I wish the cymbalta would have helped me cuz I hear it helps so many people with the depression and pain. My sis had the same problem with it. I don't know why. I think my neurotransmitters are all screwed up...
I am going to have to have a look into the valerian and hopefully in the next month can talk to the doctor about all this. Hope all is well for you...TGIF
