baby cymbalta was a pain relief before they found it worked on depression. i have been has high as 120 mg but come down to 40mg an is just as good . i could no walk far becuase of jiont pain with anckle plates do to being a mad teen. but i wont lie i walk 5 to 6 miles most days an it keeps depression down but crap with anxiety. an as i said i also take a lot of valerian for anxiety seems to work makes you a bit tiered but if so dont take so many i take about 3000mg 450 tabs a day sounds more than it is as you can buy 2500 tabs ok baby manic666
