I was on it, got bumped up to 30, but now my dose is down to 20 again. I have to say that at the time, if I wasn't on it, I would have come too close to real suicide. But I had been put on many other drugs (most anti-psychotics)- which were totally wrong for me.I started to feel worse and worse and less and less alive. If it's not working for you after a while, you need to talk to your physician! It's important to find the right combination to feel the cement blocks removed from your feet.
