It was simply a suggestion its not important.
Theres plenty of science behind the combination of remeron and SNRIs being synergistic and extremely potent, some would say dangerously so. The cocktail is usually refered to as california rocket fuel or at least thats what stallman (the guy who writes the comprehensive text book on psychiatric pharmacology) called it when he created it.
