One of the serious side effects listed on drugs.com is "jerky muscle movements you cannot control."

I really don't know anything personally about Seroquel, but I remember when I first tried Prozac, the side effects were so intense and unbearable(particularly jaw tightening) that I planned on stopping the medicine, but the next day the side effects had completely disappeared and I started to feel therapeutic effects.

Good luck! I hope your dystonia goes away. What about the restlessness, by the way. Do you still have it?
