i started sero a week ago, i have begun to sleep better every night,
i take 50 at night and when i wake up in the middle of the night, i take another 50,
seems to work!
but the medicine problems are always individual, some medicines suit you and others don't, so just rely on the doc,
i started sero because it won't worsen my parkinson,
