well one thing the seroquel will do is make him sleep and that can go a long way toward calming someone's nerves
I honestly don't know how anyone takes seroquel at any time other than night time and still manages to stay awake.
It might help to mellow him out some...I suppose you have to give it a go. Just keep seeing your doc.
