Some comments:

Strattera + Wellbutrin sounds like hell. But I can't stand Strattera alone, so who knows. I'm not up to date on the current theory of Wellbutrin's mechanism, but I know from personal experience that it can cause quite a bit of anxiety/agitation in combination with other drugs that increase the release/prevent uptake of NE.

Amitryptiline affects a lot more than serotonin and norepinephrine.. I've never heard of anyone claiming that it offered a boost, quite the opposite.

Cymbalta or Effexor are probably better choices for balanced serotonin/norepinephrine effects. Provigil also might help; it helped me with energy and confidence for a little while. Ditto with EMSAM, Parnate and Adderall.
