Wellbutrin: Norepinephrine vs. Dopamine / Amitript

Posted by GOGO on August 27, 2007, at 4:29:16

Hello,

Does anybody know if Wellbutrin affects norepinephrine more than dopamine? or does it affect both equally?

I'm atypically depressed & anergetic. Totally. Can't sleep and even don't want to do things that I thought I really wanted to do ....

Some cocktail I've come up with ... is

1. Zoloft + Strattera + Wellbutrin
(along with Tyrosine supplements)

2. Amitriptyline
(TCA that affects serotonin & norepinephrine equally)

Something that just give me boost and make me feel confident ... I need that.
