>100-300 a night isn't necessary unless the agent is being used for slight psychosis. You're now activating dopamine blockade and serotonin blockade and inconsistent dosing isn't good for neuroleptics. As for a fire, that's what a good smoke detector(s) are for and foldup window escape ladders.
And if you're not taking it for psychosis, there are a host of other choices that wouldn't raise the side effect EPS to TD sliding scale.
