As someone who has taken Seroquel as high as 1200mg I can tell you that TD is almost impossible at 25mg. Some doctors do like to use it for sleep, it still wouldn't be my first class of medications for sleep but we're talking the lowest potency atypical at its next to last feasible lowest dose (12.5mg), since 800 is typically for psychosis (not for my case).


Seroquel pretty much causes sleepiness (H1) at any dose range (it is second only to Clozaril among neuroleptics) and that's all you're getting at 25mg, the other transmitters are so low in the noise level.
