Well I'm pretty sure you don't have hydrocephalus as it occurrs in newborns mostly and is water on the brain. It usually requires a shunt put in that goes to the stomach so the water drains there. And you would have a seriously big head. Size wise I believe. If wrong please correct me. Love Phillipa
