Jean Lennane, a psychiatrist here, wrote up a report about a group of agoraphobes who were cured of their agoraphobia by withdrawal from benzos *eventually*.
Allergically reactive? Maybe. I certainly have allergies, no doubt aggravated by drug use.
For the proportions, I'd go for a minimum of 20%, but like I said, give it a decade to set in. Having said that, what do I know?
I want to avoid the pro/anti drug thing, of course.
