Curious... well you're probably fairly diazepam naive.... won't go further into that but I do take more obviously.

That's probably also an individual variant, I'm sure. Valium is given as sedation sometimes before dental visits or preoperative although Versed is more for that purpose.

Ativan is usually faster onset than Valium, but can vary; Xanax one site claims is as slow or slower than Valium, but personally enough of a Xanax dose is pretty fast acting.

So I think these things really have to do with cytochrome variations as much as anything else, and how much regular dosage of other cross-pollinating GABA agents one is taking
