That's about 3mg of Klonopin and 60mg of Valium

More habituating and immediate gratification really. Valium would be a much better long term choice.

That it will, for a PRN usage, like once or twice a week, but not constantly. Behaviour modification has to accompany too -- and that can be as simple as connecting steps in your mind as to what to do when a panic attack arrives. If you're at home and you're worried about something, go do something else, watch TV. etc. That sort of thing will reduce the need for constant PRN usage. Just an idea.

But i have realized sometimes if i dont take it over a period of days i feel im going to have a siezure.

Its unlikely you'll have a seizure as long as you take it a few times a week, but there is always potential if you take it constantly.

Phenobarbital is definately dangerous in the wrong hands and is only given for seizure episodes these days. Yes, it acts on GABA and is not the most major barbiturate, but I will still say what I have said before that the line between an effective dose and a coma is much smaller with barbiturates.

All major benzodiazepines can be used for seizure episodes too, clonazepam, diazepam, alprazolam, etc.

Ativan is slightly less gratifying than Xanax, but it still is more than Clonazepam or Valium. And its half life is like less than 12 hours in real terms. Again, probably not one for a long term use, but PRN for panic episodes.
